Mr. Supinka brings over twenty-five years of experience to his practice in Western Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Dickinson College (B.A. 1980) and of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (1983). Mr. Supinka is a member of both the Indiana County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Mr. Supinka focuses his practice on family law, lawsuits, real estate, and estate law. Mr. Supinka has years of experience representing clients in family law matters such as prenuptial agreements, divorce, custody, and spousal and child support. His clients include individuals and corporations with respect to a wide variety of real estate and construction projects, including the purchase and sale of property, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, leases, and tenant disputes.
Mr. Supinka’s estate law practice includes the preparation of Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax Returns. He advises individuals in the development and implementation of strategies that help them achieve their estate goals. He represents executors, trustees and families in the administration and taxation of estates and trusts.
Mr. Supinka believes it important to give back to his community and has served as President of the Center for Family Life, the Indiana Arts Council, the Foundation for IUP and the Indiana County Endowment.
