Michael J. Supinka Esq.

Michael J. Supinka, an Indiana County native, is a results-oriented attorney focused on achieving successful outcomes for his clients. He has over thirty years of legal experience helping clients in Indiana County and Western Pennsylvania.

Mr. Supinka has broad experience in many areas of the law including Wills & Estates, Family Law, Real Estate, Business & Contract, Litigation. His estate practice includes preparing Wills, Healthcare Directives, and Powers of Attorney. He represents executors, trustees and families during the probate administration of an estate when a loved one dies, including the preparation of the Federal and Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Returns. His experience in family law matters includes prenuptial agreements, divorce, custody, and spousal and child support.

His clients include individuals and entities such as corporations in a wide variety of real estate and business transactions, including purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, leases, and easements. He represents clients in the sale or purchase of on-going businesses. Mr. Supinka is licensed as a title insurance agent in Pennsylvania for those who need title insurance for their home or business property.
