Supinka & Supinka, PC represents both individual and public clients on matters involving Pennsylvania Municipal Law.  We have years of experience advising individual clients with respect to zoning, subdivision, fire and building code ordinances, eminent domain litigation, and dedication of public streets and rights-of-way.  The firm represents several municipalities and municipal authorities as solicitor on matters.  Such representation includes advice on matters such as the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Act, the Sunshine Act, and the Ethics Act and the drafting and reviewing of ordinances and franchise agreements such as cable television franchises.
