Located in our offices is CTM Settlement Co., LLC (“CTM”) which is a licensed title insurance agent in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and West Virginia.  CTM is an agent for LandAmerica/Lawyers Title Insurance Company.  Through CTM we provide title searches and abstracting services.
