Mrs. Supinka is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was an Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
During and immediately after law school, Mrs. Supinka worked for a Pittsburgh law firm concentrating in corporate law, healthcare law and commercial financing law. She has been practicing in Indiana PA since 1997. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Indiana County Bar Association.
Mrs. Supinka’s practice focuses on business, real estate, estate, and employment. Mrs. Supinka has represented a wide number of clients in each of these areas, including with respect to the creation of corporations, partnership, limited liability companies, the purchase/sale of residential and commercial property, leases, and financings, the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and trusts, and advising clients regarding estate probate and estate administration.
Mrs. Supinka’s employment practice focuses on a variety of issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship, including employment contracts, covenants not to compete, and severance agreements.
Mrs. Supinka is actively involved in the community and has represented numerous local charities including the Indiana Free Library, the Indiana County Humane Society, the Jimmy Stewart Museum, and Downtown Indiana.
