Vivian F. Supinka, Esq.

Vivian F. Supinka has been practicing law in Indiana County since 1997.  Her practice focuses on Business & Contract, Wills & Estates, and Real Estate.  She has broad experience in creating corporations, nonprofit corporations, partnership, and limited liability companies, including drafting Shareholder Agreements, Operating Agreements and Partnership Agreements.

Attorney Supinka’s goal is to close the deal and achieve the results desired by her clients.  Her clients include both individuals and entities in preparing Sales Agreements, Leases, Loan Documents, Employment Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Installment Agreements, and other Contracts.  She believes that detail matters and works closely with clients to prepare their Wills, Healthcare Directives, Powers of Attorney.  She guides clients through the process of Probate and Estate Probate Administration when a loved one dies.

Vivian Supinka is experienced in representing nonprofit organizations and charities including establishing 501(c)(3) designation with the IRS.  She enjoys helping charities in her hometown and has worked with the Jimmy Stewart Museum, the Center for Family Life (now called The Care Center of Indiana County), the Indiana Free Library, Downtown Indiana, and the Indiana County Humane Society,
