Vivian F. Supinka is a 1982 graduate from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (B.A.1982), where she graduated summa cum laude.  She received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D. 1985).  She graduated magna cum laude and was an Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. 

During and immediately after law school, Vivian worked for a Pittsburgh law firm concentrating in healthcare law and banking and commercial financing law. Since 1997 Vivian has been practicing law with her husband, Michael J. Supinka. 

Vivian has wide experience representing clients with respect to the creation and organization of Corporations and Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies.  Her real estate practice includes representing clients with respect to the purchase/sale of residential and commercial property, leases, and refinancings.   

Vivian’s estate and trust practice includes preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Trusts, advising clients regarding various aspects of probate, estate administration and personal trust administration, including living and testamentary trusts and guardianships. 

Vivian’s employment practice focuses on a variety of issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship, including developing employment policies for employers, employment contracts and independent contractor agreements.

Vivian has served the Indiana community by representing charities and nonprofit organizations in their creation, organization, filing for federal tax-exempt status, and charitable solicitations.  She has assisted and served on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Free Library, the Indiana County Humane Society, the Jimmy Stewart Museum and Downtown Indiana.

Vivian is a member of the Indiana County Bar Association.  She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
